Account details you give us (name, email, password). The audio, video, and files you record or upload. The transcripts, summaries, and notes generated from them. Basic usage data such as device type and the features you use.
3. How we use your information
To provide the service: transcribe your recordings, generate summaries and action items, and let you search, share, and export them. To operate, secure, and improve the product. To communicate with you about your account.
4. AI processing
To produce transcripts and summaries, your content is processed by speech and language models, including trusted third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. They process your content only to provide the feature and do not use it to train their own models where we can control that.
5. Storage and security
Your content is stored securely and access is restricted. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the product, when you choose to share a conversation through a link, or when required by law.
7. Your choices
You can edit or delete your conversations at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. You can decline non-essential cookies.
8. Data retention
We keep your content while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you delete it sooner or ask us to remove it.
9. International users
Samjha is available worldwide. By using it you understand your information may be processed in countries other than your own, with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we will let you know in the app or by email.
