Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Samjha, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Samjha records conversations and produces transcripts, summaries, action items, and related features using AI. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Samjha.
4. Recording responsibly
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including getting any consent required to record other people. Only record conversations you are allowed to record.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Samjha to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
6. Your content
You own the content you record and upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and store it so we can provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.
7. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
9. Transcription accuracy
AI transcription and summaries are useful but not perfect. Samjha is provided for convenience and you should not rely on it as a verbatim or legal record without review.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samjha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
12. Termination
You may stop using Samjha at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
